Masukkan  kuning telur dan putih telur sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikocok hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan tepung terigu yang sudah dicampur dengan  baking powder dan bumbu spekuk, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan campuran buah kering dan kacang cincang  aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Siapkan loyang loaf bergerigi. Oles dengan mentega,  lapisi dengan kertas roti. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang, ratakan, panggang dalam  oven panas bersuhu 160 derajat Celsius selama 2 jam hingga matang. Angkat  biarkan agak dingin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Olesi permukaan dan sisi cake dengan selai mermelade  hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008080;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.tabloidnova.com"&gt;Untuk 10 potong &lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993333;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TIPS:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;a.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Selai marmelade adalah selai jeruk yang kental  dan biasanya mengandung daging buah yang dicincang atau kulit jeruk yang diiris  halus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;b.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Jika cake akan disimpan  lama, sebaiknya cake tanpa olesan selai.
